Fish for sale in a fish market in Hoi An, Vietnam. Hoi An is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, as its trading port dates back several centuries and is extremely well preserved. Lying on the coast of Vietnam, many of the locals fish in the nearby sea, bringing their catch back to Hoi An’s port, where it is off-loaded directly at the market. It doesn’t get much fresher than this!
